Made it to Kandahar or FOB Lindsey

I departed Camp Phoenix at 1100 for Kabul Int'l Airport. The aircraft we flew out on was an Australian C-130...pretty much the same as what the US has.

Here's a pic of a few interesting patches I saw for sale. Not really "hearts and mind" style patches...just for people joking around.

Finally, here's the inside of the C-130 when we landed at Kandahar. Can't make out much, but you get the idea. It was actually a pretty comfortable ride, even with wearing all the gear.
